As any modern state, the Republic of Belarus has to face various challenges. Not only further development, but also the country's fate depend on how these challenges, such as energy, demographic, ecological, will be resolved. The Belarusian nation has a high intellectual potential which could ensure the development of effective responses to these challenges of modernity.
